Calhoun County Probate Court does not perform marriage ceremonies,

but we do issue marriage licenses.

To apply for a marriage license:

Both parties need to be present
Bring your Driver's License and Social Security Card or Federal Work ID
It is a 24 hour waiting period after application until you can pick up your license.
$45.oo cash due at the time of application
if you submit the Marriage License worksheet via email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to come to the court, you can pick up your license at the time of your visit. If this form is not submitted via email, the marriage license can be picked up 24 hour AFTER your visit to the court.

Applications for Marriage Licenses accepted from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
